Sometimes clients will place a duplicate order with the same link. Due to the system protection level, we won’t start the new order until the previous one gets completed.
At least that is how it was. From now on, if you have placed a duplicate order and the system is saying your order is Pending, you will be able to Force start the order, and the system will override its protection order and start processing it instantly!
You did not know about an existing order? Do not worry, now a new feature will also offer you an option to cancel the service before it starts.
