Youtube had an update that affected services from the 13th – the 17th of October;
We have started a refill process for dropped orders. In addition, a few changes have been made regarding the same service:
Youtube trending views are Disabled until further notice.
Youtube longer retention views are Enabled, and viewer duration is 5 – 10 minutes.
The issue with dropped views does not often happen, at most per year once or twice, and the drop is for a specific period; We can solve it quickly. However, if you are one of the affected customers, please reach out to us, so we can see what to do to compensate for the issues you have had.
The issue regarding the ZIP required on checkout is solved, and you won’t be asked for the ZIP if the field is not visible.
