In such cases, your order will be marked as completed, with specific details highlighting any canceled items. If you do not manually address issues such as incorrect link formats, our team will review your order and process a refund accordingly.

Refunds are prioritized to be issued as store credit if you have an account with us; otherwise, we will create an account for you, and store the credit.

Please note that services already completed are not eligible for refunds.
